OUR PILLARS

Faith. Truth. Love. Grace. Life.

A NOTE FROM THE CEO

This is what
I believe

Most companies have values. Most of them read like they were written by committee and forgotten by Friday.

These are not that.

These five are not a strategy. They are what I believe about God, about people, and about how work should be done. I built PILLAR on them because I would not know how to build it any other way.

People are bringing their most important questions to AI. The first answer they get should come from something that answers to more than the market. That is the promise behind PILLAR. These are the standards that keep it.

Hold us to them.

“The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.”
John 1:14 (NIV)

Five guiding principles for everything we do

These are the PILLARS. They are the foundation we build on and the standard we are held to. Five things that do not move when everything else does.

They are older than this company and larger than anything it will make. They are how we believe a person is meant to live and how good work is meant to be done.

Trust is what they earn, never what we chase. Chase trust instead of them, and we lose both.

Grace and truth are named in that verse. The other three begin where it does, in the Word made flesh who came near. These five are what it looks like to come near the way He did.

FAITH

Faith is trust in God before the outcome proves Him right, the nerve to move on what cannot yet be seen.

We move on His word and not the size of the wave, because the One we answer to first holds us to a higher standard than any market sets.

Everyone who meets us meets a company that answers to God before anyone else, and we would rather move slowly on His word than quickly on our own.

TRUTH

Truth is what is real whether or not it is welcome, unmoved when power, comfort, and the crowd all pull the other way.

We tell one another the real thing, especially when the convenient thing sits right there, because nothing worth building was ever built on less.

We tell the world the truth even when a lie would sell better, and we will not trade what is real for what is popular.

LOVE

Love is spending yourself for another and seeking their good above your own, the kind that pours out instead of taking in.

We put one another ahead of ourselves and treat every person here as an end, never a means to one.

We build to serve people and never to harvest them, and that one line is the whole difference between a technology that serves a person and one that feeds on them.

GRACE

Grace is favor no one earns, given before it is deserved, the way every one of us was met first.

We keep no ledger on one another and forgive the way we were forgiven, and no one here has to earn their place.

We meet every person exactly where they are and ask them to qualify for nothing, because the door was open to us long before we deserved to walk through it.

LIFE

Life is sacred because every person carries the image of God, and that makes no one ordinary and no one disposable.

We treat the work as sacred because the person on the other side of it is sacred, and we hold that line whether or not anyone is watching.

We protect the ones who cannot protect themselves. That is not a feature we added. It is the reason we exist.
